Holly Oldham is a poet, speaker, consultant, mentor and mother of four. She believes that self love and good mental health should be a part of ones daily routine. She always finds the positive in a negative situation. Active in the country by participating at events which consists of self-love, mental health awareness and beach cleanup. To date she has been on over 100 stages across the United States since April 2018 speaking about maintaining good mental health. She has written for The Good Men Project as well as the Huffington Post. Has also had her own radio show in the past.
