ele: REVIEW – Annie’s Organics

This was the first meal I cooked myself—when I was seven, back before “eco” “green” and “organic” meant much of anything to anyone. Sixteen years later, Annie still lives on an organic farm in Connecticut and her business remains independent, using organic ingredients from small farms and recycled content in every box. Fresh fruits and veggies are always the healthiest, eco-est choice, but Annie’s growing line of cereal,
crackers and pasta
are a close second for eco-bachelors, treehugging carb-lovers and mindful families alike.

I love Annie’s Organic line, the only thing I wish is that there would be some alternative dairy choices. I have to miss out!
