Review: A.M. Yoga for Your Week with Rodney Yee

Via on Jul 29, 2008

There’s a reason why Rodney Yee is one of the favorite and most visible male faces in yoga. His natural warmth and style of teaching come through on every video he’s done, and his “you can do this” attitude give the viewer a sense of confidence that even the most challenging poses are within their reach. A.M. Yoga for Your Week only reinforces all of that. With five different workouts, A.M. Yoga for Your Week gives a variety of ways to work out that morning stiffness without leaving you drained of energy for the rest of your day. Gaiam’s new eco-conscious paper/cardboard box packaging says it is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, which is great, yet it was wrapped in traditional plastic with the ever present sticky plastic label stuck to the top; wrapping it in an eco-plastic would be a nice next step. This video is a great addition to anyone’s home practice collection. Available from Gaiam’s website, and probably anywhere Gaiam’s yoga videos are sold.
