    Eight more good reasons to become a vegan. Watch the documentary "Forks Over Knives" & your eating habits will forever be altered (for the better!)

    • These are good reasons to become a vegan. I—sorry to inform you—am a once-upon-a-time vegan who is now an omnivore—yet I think this also points out for the general population why we need to be more conscientious of what we're consuming (which is why I shared it). People have become so disconnected with what is on their plates—and then inside of their bodies.

    I laughed out loud when the guy stuck his hand in the bag of cheese and ate it! The laughter subsided when I read about the wood.

    It has noting to do with becoming a vegan……… It's about knowing where your food is coming from, buying local and organic, and reading ingredient labels. Basically, pay attention to what you eat. Being a vegan does not provide optimal nutrition for humans.

    My pet peeve is people who post videos without text for those of us who don’t have time to sit through a tedious video. This is SO much worse than average – it’s text on a video moving and one-fourth the speed of a normal reader. Geez, just post the text under the pictures as a slide show – don’t drag it out and torture people. The video was worse than the food.
