Dr. John Douillard Ayurveda DVD

Everything your mom taught you is true. That is, if she told you to eat your seasonal veggies, go to bed early and empty-stomached and do yoga first thing.

This DVD series features basic-to-detailed advice on weight loss, detoxification and stress reduction. Dr. Douillard will teach you how to gracefully cope with the stresses of modern life via Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health (with cheesy music in the background). This offering boasts sturdy, recyclable and biodegradable packaging—only a teensy bit of plastic sticker. Good job!
