Whenever I visit my mum in Canada (she moved there years ago, as did much of the Shambhala Buddhist community that was based in Boulder), I’m always impressed by their recycling program. They divvy everything up into various colored bags…I don’t remember exactly what or how, it’s been awhile.

Now, they’ve taken things one step further. Canada’s Jon Stewart, a man by the name of Rick Mercer, reports.
