Up until the 20th century, you had to meet and ask people out in real life.

Then came the phone. Whew.

Then, in the 80s, came video (see below). Not much of an improvement, but it harkened to…

Now. Now, we have texting and facebook…you barely have to ever talk with whomever you want to go out with, these days, before going on that first date. Unfortunately, at that point, you pretty much do have to be yourself, open, vulnerable, real, brave…you know, human.

Sweet movie. Rent it.
