Traditionally, we do not fear other, here.
We are other. Traditional, we do not cling to tradition, or bigotry…we embrace change and melting pot community. Traditionally, we are open and noble in our values and aspirations, and though full of faults and mistakes and hypocrisies, we rise to the occasion that is this life and era and nation.
We are not a fearful people—we are brave, and need to remember this when faced with voices that would call on our us vs. them doubts.
