Bloated? Try Apple Cider Vinegar.

If you suffer from heartburn, bloating or indigestion, one of the best natural solutions is raw apple cider vinegar.

The benefits of apple cider vinegar have long been celebrated. Records show that in 400 B.C. Hippocrates, the “Father of Medicine,” used apple cider vinegar for its incredible cleansing, healing and energizing qualities. It improves digestion because it is packed with malic and tartaric acids that aid digestion by speeding up fat and protein breakdown, allowing your stomach to empty effectively.

If you struggle with digestive upsets and want to give apple cider vinegar a try, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 8 oz. of water and sip before each meal. You can also try apple cider vinegar by adding it to salads.

I've just started adding this to my daily regimen. I also read somewhere that if you add two cups of it with a pinch or two of ground ginger to your bath water once a month this also helps to remove toxins from your body. Thank you for including the "poorly-made" videos as well. I'm going to look for the book that was referenced in the last one.

I was just wondering, someone told me that ACV and other things like soy and even spinach hinders the absorption of the thyroid meds. Do you know how if that is true? 🙁
