Tight hips are extremely common in this world of desk-jobs.
We spend far too much time at the desk, in the car, or in front of the TV. We’re all guilty of this. I know I can often forget the time as I settle in for the night, only planning to watch one episode of The Good Wife, but then wind up having a marathon. The hours slip away from us and can leave us feeling stiff and tense.
It only takes a few moments to move your body and get things warmed up and working great for you again.
Here is a short and simple video showing you some poses to help you with tight hips.
Remember, your practice
doesn’t have to look like mine. Maybe you don’t have a lot of time of you’re still at the office. Move however feels good for you. Maybe just take a walk around the halls. Maybe just do a forward fold while you’re still at your desk or on the couch.
You know what you need. You are your own guru. I hope my video inspires you to get moving and start feeling good!
