We’re going to (eco, USA) press!
We’re all done with edits, author’s note, ISBN and other technical stuff.
A last hurdle was surmounted last Wednesday—did you know that all cloth covers in the US (and everywhere) are actually plastic or plastic-coated cloth? So we struggled to find—and finally just succeeded—a fully compostable/eco option. We’re printing at one of the last remaining great US printers, and distributing free from Amazon—so everything is slow, hard, and hopefully will be faster and easier for those following in our footsteps (remember we’re creating Elephant Books out of this first guinea pig of a book), to publish mindful voices in an eco-responsible way. That’s all a long way of saying two things:
> We’re going to Press.
> We’re printing eco, and 99.99% of modern book are not eco, so I personally beg your patience, understanding and support in re-blazing a mindful book publishing trail. Turns out writing the book was the easy part.
Yours in the Vision of a Harmonious Planet,
