The Spiritual Subtleties of Communication

I would like to preface this article with an honest verbal statement that I do not know anything one hundred percent. Truth is illusive.

I am an intellectual person but intellect often becomes the pillar in which all knowledge is based upon and for that very fact, this article relies heavily on the intuitive, feeling, right side body.

I am an empathic feeler, most of the wisdom I have gained is through processing both myself and other individuals subtle energy into information that is communicable to the reader, aka you.

I am here to convey messages that have been sent to me by a Higher Power, otherwise known as the Divine.

More often than not, people communicate more honestly through their subtle energetic body than through verbal communication.

People will say, “I am happy” but energetically carry emotional baggage and feel lethargic, depressed or unhappy.

In Reiki, it has been known that through healing the subtle energetic body, harmony and empowerment can be results. Rei, standing meaning Universal Spirit or Transcendental Spirit and Ki (Chi) the life force energy.

It is also known that the subtle energetic body consists of the seven chakras, each chakra energetically in conjunction with the physical processes and functions of the body.

When we look at these bits of information, it becomes quite clear that energetically we carry emotions, traumas and pain. While these may not be physically visible, if you adjust your third eye tuning, energetically they are at the forefront of an individuals communication.

What has sparked my interest in sharing this topic is that I have gone on a couple of dates in the last month and what I found is, I will speak about life, love and the Universe and the conversation will go deep.

The conversation will go so deep; I sense a loss of control of the individuals’ ego.

They are no longer projecting what they want to show me, but rather what they consist and carry as density in their body.

The ego leaves the scene because the topics involving trauma and pain stir the emotional body. The emotional body is now present and running the show.

By no means is this any type of tactic for someone to become vulnerable or honest with me. This involves consent due to providing a loving, safe space and sharing my own personal traumas.

I also only recommend and feel these spaces should be sacred and held with reverence.

Both empaths gets the feeling that something is off, but it seems to go unmentioned. Often this is due to internalizing beliefs about ourselves, when in reality the person in front of us is living in complete disharmony.

It is okay to address this. This is what we mean when we talk about proper communication.

I believe this could also present an opportunity to shed light on the disharmony. The space would ideally be opened and welcomed to discover emotional wounds.

When an individuals words, thoughts, feelings and actions are not in alignment, this is called disharmony.

It is called interpersonal communication, it is called being honest with your mind, body and spirit.

It is called being authentic.

Authenticity means an individuals thoughts, words, feelings and actions are in complete alignment. We only just begin to heal the subtle energetic body through alignment.

When this happens, the eminence inside radiates through the energetic body allowing a clear conscience and an openness of the heart chakra.

This is all to sum up and say, none of us are perfect. You are mistaken if you believe that you are.

Casting judgment upon another is not okay. Every individuals journey carries different emotions, characters and settings.

It is a quite beautiful experience to be in disharmony because this allows us a chance to track back to where we may have lost touch with ourselves. It is about restoring and renewing yourself.

Disharmony should be honored.

We are human beings having a spiritual experience which means we are subjected to the laws in which nature operates. Resentment, pain, grief and anger can show up at your doorstep at anytime.

It is about the toolbox you have developed in order to process that emotional sediment.

It takes an individual who is open-minded, honest, and willing to understand that, “hey, you know what? Maybe I am not in alignment at this point, time and space in my life but I am learning the lessons that are being presented to me. I am willing to feel what demands to be felt and I honor myself during this time.”

Let us call this harmony.

It is about light, love, graciousness and the eminence you offer to the world. May we set the intention to work towards honoring our disharmony, moving towards alignment and raise the consciousness of the collective.

Let us all honor the space within ourselves.

Love to you.
