Have you got them?

“I want love, sex, intimacy with the man of my dreams.”

“I want an earthshaking, sensual, passionate, epic, funny, loving, adventurous, sexy relationship with my dream man.”

“I want to be a happy, powerful, sensual woman and find a man who appreciates me for who I am.”

Does any of that sound familiar to you?

We all long to be loved.

Loved for who we are.
Loved for our wildness, our rawness.
Loved for just being.

More than 80 percent of the women I work with are searching for their dream man.

Let me share with you three qualities that you can cultivate to help attract your dream man (read: You don’t have to search for him, he will come to you).

1. Smiles

Smiling implies self-confidence. You can’t contract and get all tense in your body, feel totally awkward, and have this radiant smile on your face. Smiling (I’m talking about a real smile here) means you are enjoying your life. Your life is fun; it is pleasing; it makes you happy. No man wants a woman who isn’t happy.

Would you want an unhappy man? (I didn’t think so!)

2. Playfulness

Stop taking yourself so seriously. Playfulness implies vitality, aliveness, and no threat (think in terms of primates needing to feel safe with their mating partners). No man wants a woman who is dead serious and a super perfectionist in all ways.

You wouldn’t want a man who’s super square, would you?

3. Aliveness

Aliveness comes from a deep appreciation for life, for being here. It comes from cultivating sensuality and feeling. Aliveness is contagious; it shows up as good energy, as passion.

No man wants a woman who is dead to life…

No further comment needed.

Those three qualities above are the top three things that men comment about me whenever I go out.
