No one can give us love, they can only give us attention. We are the love we seek. Attention is like an addiction, pleasure for a moment, but as soon as that attention goes and we feel lacking, it triggers our pain body. We move out of our body into our mind and when we are triggered and when we are feeling lack of self worth we judge and project with our thoughts. Our mind is our pain body, it judges and projects trying to protect us, but all the while moving us further away from love within whilst searching for validation externally. No one can give us love, they can only give us attention. We are the love we seek.
