I’ve watched ASMR for a long time now.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMRtists use tools known as triggers to create tingles, a sensation ASMR gives you. Triggers include tapping, scratching, hand sounds, and the use of inanimate objects. Tingle immunity happens when you’ve listened to so much ASMR, you no longer experience tingles.
I’ve listened to so much ASMR. I typically use it as a background when I’m working or writing. Tapping ASMR videos are great for stimulation. Sometimes I use ASMR for sleep. I also find myself watching ASMR role-play videos where they whisper and act out scenes such as doctor’s appointments. These are relaxing and highly enjoyable too. There are even videos with just previews for those with short attention spans or ADHD.
I have intense tingle immunity. Usually, I’ve needed fast and aggressive ASMR to help with my tolerance, but would still get less than a minute of tingles from each trigger. Then, I stopped getting tingles. That is, until I watched this video by ASMR Bakery and finally got my tingles back!
What did it for me most was the silicone brush wooden scoop. Also, the tomatoes at the end are really cute and the lighting is great. ASMR Bakery is creative and always comes up with effective triggers.
