its constant, this bombardment of messages, shoulds and expectations
let it all fall away
breathe & just be
but how to do this I ask?
when it all falls away I am left alone, adrift
what is my reference? my anchor?
for so long I referenced self by other
this is the practice; letting go
letting go of small “s” self and other
falling into large “S” self
sensing into, listening for, resting in
beyond the quivering, bracing, grasping self
