HOW TO FLIRT WITHOUT BEING CREEPY

What goes through your head when you’re just standing there thinking if you should approach her…

‘Do I smell OK? Am I funny? Is she going to like me? Should I tell her about my job? What if we don’t have anything in common? I should have gone to the gym.. why am I so lazy?? Nah.. I shouldn’t approach her. My shoes are ridiculous. I don’t even know what to say. She’ll think I’m creepy. Is this sexual harassment?’

Women get surprised when I tell them I have written a book that is called HOW TO GET LAID NOW and that I help men with dating and relationships. They always ask me why I don’t help women instead.

Then I ask them when the last time was they were approached by a man trying to chat them up or just saying a simple ‘hello’. Bear in mind I’m talking about someone cute, attractive and without a resting bitch face. The answer that I usually get is ‘I don’t even know. This hardly ever happens’.

Do you think that it is all about the right pick up line?

I must be honest and tell you I do not believe in pickup lines.
I have a different approach and I would love to share it with you. But firstly, about the pickup lines.

I went online looking for some inspiration trying to find out what some of the experts are saying. I get contacted by men on the daily basis that swear by The Game and similar ‘inspirational’ dating literature.

Some pickup lines to inspire you

‘Ya know, I don’t think it could work out between us. You’re just not my type.’
When you use this line, you’re creating the barrier between you and her. You’re putting an obstacle out there. This supposed to make her want you even more.

‘That… looks amazing on YOU.’
Insert a piece of clothing she’s wearing between the lines. For example, that dress looks amazing on you.
You’re showing you find her attractive and you’re giving her a compliment about her looks. This is less likely to put you in a friendly zone that you’re not a fan of.

‘I’m not sure what it is yet, but there’s something I like about you.’
You’re creating a mystery while being playful at the same time. This is the essence of flirting. You leave her guessing and she’s flattered because you’ve expressed your interest.

The secret to flirting is this

No pickup line can save you. You can study all the material, spend hours and days watching YouTube videos showing you how to get a girl, what to say, how to smile and how to fart. Nothing will help you unless you start doing this.

I’m going to say the most overused word on this entire planet. CONFIDENCE! Yes. That’s the secret to your flirting game. If you’re approaching a woman and you’re not confident, you’re looking down, your body language is showing that you’re feeling uncomfortable it is not going to work.

You must own yourself unapologetically. Have fun instead. Don’t think about your next genius step of seduction. Concentrate on now. Ask questions, get to know her, make her smile sharing your geeky joke, instead of quoting something you’ve learned somewhere that promised you to get a girl.
