New issue of elephant journal hits the stands @ Whole Foods, Pharmaca…

Via on Oct 28, 2008

Locally, we’re already sold out in Boulder Bookstore, and probably Whole Foods, but I’ve called to ask ‘em to restock. Trident cafe should still have copies, as well as for sure: Laughing Goat, Common Threads, Boulder Bodywear, Yoga Workshop, CU Bookstore, Hotelephant (just email us)…others spots I’m forgetting but ask us we can send you the list.

Don’t have $4.50, but want to read elephant journal? Much of the content can be found, paper-free, on our web site in some form or another.

    Dear elephant friends,
I have been in Boulder for my first time in april. I live in Argentina, and I went there with my husband, he works at Sun Microsystems and had to take some trainings in Broomfield. The thing is, I was in Boulder having a little vacation. I was walking along Pearl St. and I stopped at the stand with all the brochures and stuff about Boulder and vicinity, and also took an elephant magazine. Ohhh, I felt home inside these pages!
You must know, here in Argentina we are really primitive in issues about environmental care, people is negligent and we have not a good law system. Nevertheless, every day we can see more people who is alert and who is having a proper behavior, and teaching it to their families and friends. It’s giving me a little more hope that we can do things better. May be (as Paul Ray said in the interview) we don’t know each other yet.
Well, in th first place, THANK YOU for doing elephant, I really enjoyed it!!!
Second, how can I do to have the last number? I read it on line, but I have to confess I prefer the paper for some themes. Please, tell me what to do.
From the south of the American Continent, I send you kind regards.
    Mariana.
