Waylon for President!

This Friday, Where is My Guru will bring the very first live interview with Waylon Lewis since he announced his plans to run for president in the upcoming 2012 election.

While much of this has been kept under wraps for the last several months, we can share that all of your questions surrounding this whole “blending of yoga and politics” will be answered this Friday when we speak live with Waylon. An anonymous source shared that Waylon is hoping to get the vote of the 20 million strong yoga community along with the Buddhists, Vegans, Feminists, Cyclists, Eco Fashion Designers, Gardeners, Dog Lovers, Conscious Consumers and fans of MACKLEMORE.

Do you have questions for Waylon regarding his policies or where he stands on the issues? Perhaps why all the secrecy around the campaign?  Leave a comment below or call into the show this Friday!

Where is My Guru is live this Friday at 11am EST

Another mystery surrounding Waylon’s not so surprising jump into politics is who he will ask to be his VP. All we can say is that we have Ocean Pleasant, 15-year old change-maker-world-shaker-upper on the show this week as well. If you are missing the DNC–tune into #WIMG.

Vote Waylon, and I promise you I will cave to craven self-interested lobbyists and party hacks before the Other Guy. Vote Waylon, and I will include yoga classes (online classes, to start) in Medicare! Vote Waylon for more bike lanes, and GMO labeling! ~ Waylon for America

Who would you most like to take on in a debate?

    • elephantjournal says:

Ummmm…someone with great bedside manner. Someone who'd let me down easy. Seriously? Lincoln, Jefferson, Churchill, FDR, TR, Obama, Clinton…they'd all wipe the floor with me, but it'd be fun.

  3. And the White House will be moved to Boulder, I assume?

Who's going to be the first lady?

    Bob

Someone very patient and funny and willing to do all the actual work of the Presidency, while I watch The Sound of Music.

Darn it. Thought this would be another thread where I could come buzzing in once more as the eternal gadfly. Instead, had to thumbs-up every single comment. Politics at its finest, honest and fun.

  5. Obama's DOJ has granted final immunity for Bush's CIA tortures: http://tiny.cc/gwz5jw, and has let all Bush era war crimes go unpunished. As president, would you investigate torture and war crimes carried out by the Obama administration?
