I believe that we are experiencing a massive evolution in consciousness and that my life’s mission is to inform, inspire and support humanity as we navigate this transition. Although I have been a spiritual and holistic psychologist for 20 years, I discovered that my true purpose was to be a messenger of this new age.  I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in kinesiology and have written several books and articles, as well as produced monthly podcasts regarding this evolution in consciousness. I am the author of Evolving Consciousness and The Journey of Discovering Inner Peace. I also host retreats and provide guided tours of the sacred sites at Mt. Shasta.

Acting as a translator between the spiritual and material world, I am able to synthesize complex information and present its essence. As an intuitive observer and storyteller, I use a psychological and metaphysical lens to explore the deeper layers of our reality to provide beneficial insights and tools as we move forward into this new age. Being an old soul, my strength lies in my vulnerability and openness in sharing my life experiences and my unconventional views on life, which are illustrated in my books. Through my writing, speaking, one-on-one and group services, I hope to inspire others to align with this higher consciousness and assist humanity in creating a blueprint for this new earth.
