Four Steps to Help You “ROAR”
Nancy McKay’s life experiences of growing up in an alcoholic household, being sober since March, 2009 and an ovarian cancer survivor give her a unique perspective on becoming empowered to heal later in life.
Nancy is a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach through Martha Beck, Inc. as well as a Certified Mind-Body-Eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She has also completed training as an Equus Coach and is currently working towards certification from The Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching.
Nancy uses her experience and her calling to help women who are over-drinking and want to explore what living without alcohol feels like. She helps them face their fears of living life differently.
Nancy lives in Lakewood, Colorado with her husband Jimmy and their two rescued Westies, Maggie and Tommy.
